Ameriplan® Total Health Plus Premium Programs
AmeriPlan® Auto Club (Provided by US Auto Club) - This program is our emergency roadside service. This assistance is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you break down and your car needs towing it will cost you just $50. Other services are includes such as flat tire assistance, lock smith services and help if you run out-of-gas. Members also receive a 25% discount on all expenses exceeding $50.
AmeriPlan® Legal Services (Provided by CLC) - For whenever you may need legal services, this program will provide you a free initial consultation with an attorney on each legal matter. If your legal needs require ongoing service of an attorney, AmeriPlan® Members will receive a 25% discount on the those fees! Our plan also includes access to over 4,500 online legal and financial documents, including the legal references and resources needed.
AmeriPlan® Identity Theft Assistance (Provided by CLC) - This program provides your family an overview on identity theft prevention to help prevent it from ever happening to you. And if you do ever become a victim of identity theft, you will receive the services of a personal advocate. This person will assist you from your first call through the entire process to make sure the situation is resolved and your identity is secure. CLC will give you referrals for legal help. If this is necessary you would get a free consultation! You also get a 25% discount on future attorney fees related to resolving the identity theft!
