Weight Control During the Holiday Season
We all know it can be a struggle to keep the pounds off during the Holiday Season. We tend to graze continously on snacks and left over food, not to mention the huge helpings of turkey we’ll be devouring on Christmas.
Here are some tips:
1) Avoid grazing. If you do, snack on some healthy stuff such as a vegetable tray
2) Don’t fill your plate all the way. Make a smaller serving, eat slow, and get seconds, but again a small portion. This will allow your stomach to give you a full signal faster than usual.
