Alan Masters, NVP spoke at the Ameriplan® convetion about the 7 core commitments for Ameriplan® IBO’s.
1:15 PM Julia & Derrick spoke about Ameriplan Health® giving an overview of what was given at the workshop. The best news is that Ameriplan® is busy working on building their own proprietary network of medical providers and physicians.
2:30 PM Dale Calvery, MLM expert, gave a great talk on running your local meeting as an Ameriplan® IBO in order to build your business. His main points were:
Meet before at a coffee shop to ensure your people show up
Bring forms and sign up sheets, and name badges
Get info on all guests – distinguish between existing IBO’s and new prospects
Try to find commonality with your own background
Shake hands with all visitors before anyone sits down
Use a cool temperature in the room.
Participate like it’s your first meeting
Dress for success
Close the deal – “any questions before you get started?”
Have applications ready and on hand.
Sallie Streck, Ameriplan® National RSD, and top recruiter in AmeriplanÂ® spoke about her system for recruiting. This involved classified ads that lead to a toll free business opportunity number. From there the prospect is invited to reserve a time for a live conference call on the business opportunity.
