HP&S to Launch Virtual Agent on Ameriplan® Sites
We are excited to announce we will be installing virtual customer service chat programs on our Ameriplan® websites. Our goal is to quickly answer your questions real time on the web. This should allow our users to find what they are looking for quickly and be able to decide if Ameriplan® is right for them.
The great thing about this is the robot can monitor question types and add additional answers, so the system builds on itself. This is in line with our focus to offer the best Ameriplan® websites and information on consumer drive health.
