Commission for IBO’s to be Paid Based on Gaining Customer Loyalty

Ameriplan® announced that commissions paid to their IBO’s will now be tied to an incentive - to gain customer loyalty. More details will follow tomorrow, but the basic plan is that IBO’s must maintain at least a 55% retention rate of the customers or their commissions paid on existing customers will be decreased from 30% to a lower amount based a 3 tier system. So, if you are maintaining ove 55% retention over a year period, nothing will change. However, if an IBO falls below that rate, their pay will be affected.
