When you use your vision plan, you should refer to Coast to Coast as a provider of the benefits. This will earn you up to 20%-60% on your vision needs for lenses, frames, and contact lenses!

Ameriplan®’s VisionPlan is administered our partnership with Coast to Coast Vision. The deliver the savings to you from our over 12,000 vision providers in our network. These providers include the big chains like Sears, and LensCrafters. In order to get up to the 60% savings on lenses and frames, as well as big savings on other vision care, you’ll need to show your card at the provider and tell them you are a member of Coast to Coast Vision. Vision providers will easily recognize this name, rather than Ameriplan®. Not every provider is aware of our partnership, and you membership card will say Ameriplan® in big letters, but Coast to Coast in small letters, just make it a point to show them and you are on your way to saving a lot of money in eye care!

Ameriplan® vision discount allows people to save as much as 60% off contact lenses! By using our Coast-to-Coast vision plan that is included with any Ameriplan® package (dental or medical), our customers receive a large discount off contact lenses. However, this does require a mail order.
The Ameriplan® Vision plan is very easy to use. On your Ameriplan® membership card, the vision plan will refer to a service called “Coast – to – Coast.” When you visit the eyeglass center or opthalmist you will tell them you are a coast – to – coast member with Ameriplan® and show them your membership card or membership number. Vision providers in our network accept Coast-to-Coast vision plan.
You can expect to save about 50% on lenses and frames and 20% on other features such as scratch resistance, etc. Exams typically give you a big % discount. The discount is usually approximately 80%, and you should expect to pay about $10 for an eye exam.
Your discount dental plan package does include huge discount savings on LASIK eye surgery. Ameriplan® offers this discount through their Amerisight LASIK Vision Correction Network.
Amerisight is a management company specilizing in vision correction. They provide the Ameriplan® discount through a network of certified ophthalmologists who do LASIK eye correction. These providers are appoved and do perform this surgery in a very good health care care environment. Through this network of providers LASIK eye surgery is performed at between a 40% – 50% discount on the procedure! You save big time!
Ameriplan’s® network of LASIK providers also includes those who do Custom LASIK. This procedure is more specific to an individual’s need for correction. It usually includes correcting irregularities in the corneal.
