Ameriplan® IBO Files for LLC Origination
November 23rd, 2008Health Products & Services, an owner of an Ameriplan® IBO business filed to for an LLC. This is a change from a previous announcement on plans to form an S-corporation. “We feel the LLC formation is the best structure for our company, we will be filing as an S-Corporation for reporting purposes,” said HP&S CEO.

October 28th, 2008Health Products & Services, SP will incorporate before the end of the year to be an S-Corporation. HP&S is an Ameriplan® IBO offering dental and health discount plans as well as a diversified product list of health and retail products. This is a very exciting time for us as we experience good business growth. We believe and S-Corporate structure will provide the best accounting of labor and payroll and should save our company money over the long term.
HP&S Pays Dividend, Announces 3rd Quarter Earnings
October 14th, 2008HP&S, an Ameriplan® IBO announced it’s earnings for the 3rd quarter today. Sales were $1.37 per share, which was down 3% from a year ago. However, cost cutting and more efficient opperations fueled a whopping 48% increase in earnings to $0.67 per share. This consistent with this year’s trend, in which sales are down slightly, yet profits are up. “We are seeing flat to declining sales this year, mostly due to a decrease in our eCommerce business, however, our vertical integration strategy is paying off! Our costs continue to decrease, now we must drive our sales higher and we’re doing everything we can to do that,” said HP&S CEO.
Health Products & Services also paided is quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share.
HP&S Approves 3rd Quarter Dividend
October 12th, 2008HP&S, and Ameriplan® IBO business is set to pay it’s 3rd quarter dividend of $0.25 per share. They will also announce earnings this week for the quarter and year to date.
HP&S to Exit Health Products Business
August 11th, 2008HP&S, an Ameriplan® IBO, and seller of health products and services will be liquidating the remaining health products in inventory as a way to exit that part of their business. “We need to focus on our core strengths, and the health products business is a saturated market with low probability for growth. We can no longer afford to carry the inventory needed to satisfy customers. We will still serve existing customers and drop ship products on an as needed basis. This is again part of our cost cutting strategy this year that has been so successful as we continue to work on improving margins,” said HP&S CEO.
HP&S, Ameriplan® Business Owner Announces 2nd Quarter Dividend
