If you cancel your Ameriplan® membership and then later sign up for Ameriplan® again as a member you do not have to pay the registration fee again if you sign up within 6 months from the time you cancel.

After you sign up with Ameriplan® there is No Waiting Period to use the dental plan. You will receive a membership number right after signing up. You can use this number at a participating dentist the Next Day!

For our Ameriplan Health® medical plan, and the vision, prescription, and chiropractic discount plans, you will need to wait the 5-7 days for your membership card and information to arrive in the mail. After you have your card you can start using these plans right away!

From there you just follow the on screen instructions which ask you for your zip code, or city and state, and which type of specialist or primary provider you are searching for. The results will provide a list of providers closest to you. You can even specify how many miles from your home to look at.

When you become a member of Ameriplan Health® you receive all of our medical discount benefits. These include many ancillary services, one of which is a patient advocate. So if you are hospitalized, Ameriplan® will assign a patient advocate to you. This person is your own representative who works on your behalf. The patient advocate works with the hospital and makes a strong case for reducing your bill as much as possible. There are no limits to how often you can use your Ameriplan® discount benefits once you are a member! You have unlimited access to our network of doctors, dentists, and other services at our discounted rates. Remember, with Ameriplan® there are no limits, and no restrictions.

And, for small businesses, there are no minimum participation rates for employees! If only one employee signs up, the business can still have an open offer for the rest of the employees. There are also no requirements for the employer to pay any percentage of the plan for employees.

Ameriplan® is always looking to expand our network or providers and we a procedures we follow in doing so. Ameriplan® always checks for licenses and qualification for all dentists before allowing them in the network. Ameriplan® also checks the validity of the license to make sure it is not suspended. And when possible a site visit is done to inspect the location.
