Health Products & Services, an owner of an Ameriplan® IBO business filed to for an LLC. This is a change from a previous announcement on plans to form an S-corporation. “We feel the LLC formation is the best structure for our company, we will be filing as an S-Corporation for reporting purposes,” said HP&S CEO.
