Ameriplan® Ends Customer Followup at the Corporate Level
Also, effective June 1, 2007, Ameriplan® will stop contacting members who have cancelled in an effort to reinstate them. This is more amazing and positive news for Ameriplan® independent business owners! We welcome this change. This is a step toward trusting IBO’s to do the right thing and follow up with cancelled members. In the past a business owner had to mail a post card back to Ameriplan® stating the intention that they wanted to try to get the customer to stay on with Ameriplan®. This added cost, time, and inefficiency to home based Ameriplan® businesses. If the post card wasn’t mailed back, the IBO risked losing a potential customer re-sign up to Ameriplan® corporate headquaters.
After June 1, Ameriplan® busienss owners will not have to worry about that. Instead, IBO’s will follow up with our cancelled members in an effort to win back their business, without the worry, hassle or cost associated with the old system.
