I walked through the Ameriplan® convention vendor booths. Here is a summary of what I am seeing:
Diabetic Solutions - an extra option for Ameriplan Health® members (USDiabeticPlan.com). You get 3 months worth of supplies with free delivery, meters and strips for only $29.99 per month.

Americam, Ameriplan®’s customer relationship management software solution for Ameriplan® IBO’s.

Amerisite, OurPerfectBusiness.com, Office Depot and others were there as well.
