Health Products & Services, SP will incorporate before the end of the year to be an S-Corporation. HP&S is an Ameriplan® IBO offering dental and health discount plans as well as a diversified product list of health and retail products. This is a very exciting time for us as we experience good business growth. We believe and S-Corporate structure will provide the best accounting of labor and payroll and should save our company money over the long term.

In Ameriplan®’s latest Vision Magazine release the dental tidbit was published that I believe is worth repeating. It has to do with drinking black and green tea. The health benefits of these teas has been known and well published. What might surprise you is all of the dental health benefits these teas bring.

Dr. Christine Wu published the study that found that the compounds in the tea prevent plaque from adhering to teeth and reduce gum desease. Tea also can reduce bad breath by hurting the growth of bateria and most teas contain flouride which we all know protect tooth enamel from decay (cavities).

Ameriplan®’s email system for it’s back office online management will be down through this weekend for routine maintance. All email notifications for new business and all other emails through Ameriplan®’s system will not go through until Monday morning 9 am eastern time.

HP&S, an Ameriplan® IBO announced it’s earnings for the 3rd quarter today. Sales were $1.37 per share, which was down 3% from a year ago. However, cost cutting and more efficient opperations fueled a whopping 48% increase in earnings to $0.67 per share. This consistent with this year’s trend, in which sales are down slightly, yet profits are up. “We are seeing flat to declining sales this year, mostly due to a decrease in our eCommerce business, however, our vertical integration strategy is paying off! Our costs continue to decrease, now we must drive our sales higher and we’re doing everything we can to do that,” said HP&S CEO.

Health Products & Services also paided is quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share.

HP&S, and Ameriplan® IBO business is set to pay it’s 3rd quarter dividend of $0.25 per share. They will also announce earnings this week for the quarter and year to date.
