Ripoffreport.com for several months now has been constantly publishing negative reports on Ameriplan® and our discount benefits and services. This can not go unanswered. So in the next few days, expect to see a response to what are mostly unwarranted attacks on Ameriplan®.

HP&S Issues Long Term Debt

Health Products & Services, owner of an Ameriplan® Independent business, announced today that they have issued new long term debt at favorable financing. “This will increase our debt to equity ratio, and allow us to more fully leverage our cash for sales and earnings this year.”

HP&S has come under increasing pressure from competition, especially in the benefits core business. However, this increase in debt has more to do with enabling better cash investment for it’s fast growing eCommerce business and New Venture divisions.

How does Ameriplan® Pay Indenpendent Business Owners?

Ameriplan® pays out a commission based on the selling of memberships to either their dental discount package or the full Ameriplan Health® package. IBO’s who sell these memberships receive a check worth 6 months of commissions on each sale in advance. After 6 months - if the member is still active, Ameriplan® sends the broker a check each month for each month’s commission. This is the great snow ball effect. You build up customers in numbers, and the residual check will just keep growing as long as you can add more customers than you lose each month and they stay around longer than 6 months, your residual check will grow - or snowball.

Ameriplan® offers customer relationship management software, automatic billing, and helps with customer support. Brokers do not need to collect any money themselves - just serve the customer and get paid!

Project Raptor Being Expanded

HP&S, Independent Ameriplan® Business Owner, has announced an expansion of “project Raptor.” Not much was revealed the last time this project was announced and executed. But it probably means an expansion of websites. HP&S has come under intense increased competition and has seen it’s dominant Ameriplan® presence erode.

“We may have under invested in our online business infrastructure. This won’t happen again,” said HP&S CEO.

Barrel of Cash will be Given Away at Ameriplan® Convention this Year

Ameriplan® executives will be giving away cash - calling it the usual “barrel of cash” at the annual convention this year in June. It should be an exciting convention.

Rules for Ameriplan®’s April Contest

The contest in Ameriplan® to win those prizes is for the month of April. The prizes will be given out based on a random drawing to take place at Ameriplan®’s corporate National Convention. So, to win, you must increase your chances by getting as many tickets as possible in the drawing.

First, Ameriplan® business owners must have a minimum of 5 Ameriplan Health® memberships written during the month of April. That’s the minimum just to get in the drawing. Next, to get the total number of tickets you will have in the drawing - you multiply that number by the number of new IBO’s recruited. IBOs are Ameriplan® Independent Business Owners. And lastly, you must be present at the Ameriplan® National Convention to win! Good luck!
