A new marketing campaign was launched today. This is an aggressive goal to more than double the current sales rate for the Ameriplan USA® dental and health benefits. The project to this point was code named Domino. It involves telemarketing the Ameriplan benefits, and also allows for an opportunity for expansion into the downline of this organization.

August 28th, 2006Health Products & Services is announcing a few major events, and business directives for this month. HP&S currently has 4 business units. Ameriplan® IBO, eBay, Health Products, and New Ventures are the 4 business units. Through Ameriplan USA®, HP&S offers discount health care, health products through that named unit, and a diversified line of retail products through eBay. HP&S has decided to rename the eBay business to eCommerce unit to better resemble what the unit actually does. “First, we are not tied to eBay, in fact we have utilized many other online sales outlets for our products, and 2nd we are going to be much more focused on product offerings,” said the CEO.
HP&S has never been able to achieve the kind of margins they expected when the online auction sales were first started. However, by down selecting to the most profitable products, they hope to trim sales, but make higher profits through gross margin gains. The recent focus is ticket sales, which was a new business development from the New Ventures unit.
HP&S also is announcing the successful completion of Project Raptor. What is now know is that Raptor includes the launch of multiple new websites with plans for more. “As the Ameriplan® business keeps growing, we plan to keep investing where it makes sense. Expanding our presence online only makes sense, and we plan to execute this plan through our downline as well.”

What is known, is that it is well underway and it focuses on the growth of the Ameriplan® part of the business outside of the internet. The code name is Domino.

Ameriplan® Adds Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance for their IBO’s
August 21st, 2006If you are an Ameriplan USA® Independent business owner then you are probably aware by now that Ameriplan® is now offering you AD&D Insurance for free. The coverage is determined by your level as an Independent business owner. Just for being an IBO for over a year, you receive $2,500 coverage. Once you become a regional sales director, you get $5,000 of coverage. The coverage can go as high as $1 Million if you reach the highest level, and PIN level in Ameriplan® and are in the Founder’s club.
Details of Ameriplan® Loyalty Incentive Program Released
August 16th, 2006As promised, here are futher details of Ameriplan® customer loyalty incentive for Ameriplan USA® Independent Business Owners. On a 12 month rolling basis - all IBO’s will have their accounts audited. Over those 12 months, the number of current members will be compared to the total number of new members enrolled by that IBO. The percentage retained or still active will be calculated. The percentage will determine how much of the normal commission. Anything below 55% will assume automatic “paid as earned” status, and will drop to the corresponding levels:
Over 55% = normal commissions
45%-55% = 15% commission
35%-45% = 5% commission
below 35% = Zero
Health Products & Services Announces 2nd Qrt Earnings
August 10th, 2006Health Products & Services, the home based business that includes an Ameriplan Independent business ownership reported record sales and earnings in the 2nd quarter of 2006. Sales were up over 25% with profit rising over 44% compared to the same quarter a year ago. Strong sales in the Health and Dental discounts plans were the biggest drivers followed by health products.

Why has My IBO Fee increased to $50?
August 6th, 2006If you are a current Ameriplan® IBO and you have been in a basic plan with no website and were paying $35 per month you should expect that fee to change. The increase to $50 is due to a new policy by Ameriplan®. This is that all IBO’s will have a website. This website package is an extra $15 to cover the cost of maintenance of server storage. Every IBO will now pay a flat $50 rate.
Commission for IBO’s to be Paid Based on Gaining Customer Loyalty
August 3rd, 2006Ameriplan® announced that commissions paid to their IBO’s will now be tied to an incentive - to gain customer loyalty. More details will follow tomorrow, but the basic plan is that IBO’s must maintain at least a 55% retention rate of the customers or their commissions paid on existing customers will be decreased from 30% to a lower amount based a 3 tier system. So, if you are maintaining ove 55% retention over a year period, nothing will change. However, if an IBO falls below that rate, their pay will be affected.
