Yes! You can go to any provider within Ameriplan’s® network. Even if they are out of your state, it doesn’t matter. The provider can be located anywhere as long as they are part of the network of Ameriplan USA® providers.

Ameriplan® benefits have no age limits. And, anyone living in the same household is included in the family plan - even if they are not related. Actually, anyone using the same permanent address can use the Ameriplan® benefits. For instance, someone living away from home to attend college, but using the home address can also use Ameriplan® benefits!

As soon as you sign up with Ameriplan® you will recieve a membership number. So, if you are signing up over the phone or on the internet, you will be given your membership number immediately. Most of the time, you can visit your dentist or health care provider with this number. They can call membership services at 1800 - 647- 8421 to verify that your are a member with Ameriplan®. After signing up, it usually takes about 6-8 business days to recieve your membership package, including your Ameriplan® discount card.
