Ameriplan®’s new website now includes live chat for customer service and sales! This is a great idea and wonderful addition not only for our customers, but also IBO’s. Ameriplan® IBO’s could now link their customer to that service for issues that the IBO would rather not or is not capable of handling – such as change of payment information. Ameriplan® IBO’s should leverage the corporate resources for maximum business efficiency!

Ameriplan® iBO’s now have the option for live chat from their Ameriplan® back office accounts. This will be a much faster and more convenient way of doing business with corporate. A welcome addition!

Rather than visiting a doctor’s office and incuring those expenses, you can now call or email doctors up to 4 times per year for an online evaluation. As the Ameriplan® convention wrapped up, the enthusiasm was undeniable coming out of th meetings and the event. Ameriplan® made some significant tweaks to their program offerings.
